Integrity Golf has announced it is now operating Casselberry Golf Club in Casselberry, Fla.
The management agreement is effective Aug. 15 and further strengthens Integrity Golf’s footprint in the Greater Orlando market. Orlando-based Integrity Golf now oversees 23 golf course properties in the Orlando area. Overall, the company numbers 34 golf facilities in six states (Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, New York, North Carolina and South Carolina).
“We look forward to partnering with Casselberry city officials and the surrounding community,” Integrity Golf CEO Gene Garrote said. “We’re eager to start sharing our national expertise and complementing everybody’s ongoing efforts and stewardship with this first-class municipal facility. We have a number of other successful partnerships with various municipalities and public agencies and fully understand what it takes to thrive in this important aspect of golf. We’re excited about the future viability of Casselberry Golf Club as part of our growing network.”
Built in 1947, Casselberry Golf Club is one of Central Florida’s oldest golfing experiences and one of its more enjoyable places to play for all levels of golfers. The par-69 layout, designed by Paul McClure, also represents an urban oasis with picturesque tree-lined fairways and water that plays into 12 holes.
Casselberry City Manager Randy Newlon is eager to have Integrity Golf managing his community’s valuable 90-plus-acre golf course asset.
“The golf course is a source of pride for Casselberry residents, which is why it was important that it be managed through a strong partnership and with quality service,” Newlon said, noting that Integrity was recommended by the City of Sanford, where they are credited with helping turn around the historic Mayfair Country Club. “Our priority is to ensure that golfers have an enjoyable experience and that residents continue to enjoy the course as a lovely city landmark.”
