Fairway Advisors announces the sale of WestRidge Golf Club in McKinney, Texas. The highly regarded Jeff Brauer-designed golf club was sold to WRidge Golf, LLC.
"WestRidge is one of North Texas' most popular golf courses,” said Jeff Davis, president of Fairway Advisors. “The Club hosts more than 44,000 annual rounds and has a unique layout featuring six par 3's, six par 4's and six par 5's. We only needed eight weeks of market exposure for this asset before selecting the buyer from a vast group of potential purchasers, which speaks volumes about the location and quality of the offering."
Fairway Advisors represented the seller in the transaction, Stonebridge Westerra, L.P. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Fairway Advisors is a national brokerage firm which specializes in the sale and advisory of golf courses, country clubs and golf course developments. The firm has worked exclusively in the golf industry space for 10 years.
