Spring pre-emergent applications have been made in the Pacific Northwest, where the weather is still periodically cool and wet. Farther south, things are much warmer, so depending on where you are, your customers might be seeing late winter weeds or the early summer weeds.

In the NW, Freehand® herbicide will be going out as the second pre-emergent treatment this year in start-clean-stay-clean weed programs. In California and the SW, Pendulum® herbicide prevents a wide variety of grassy and broadleaf weeds in turf and landscape. It can be used alone or mixed with post-emergent products to reduce future spot treatments. Get ahead of tough-to-control weeds now by being prepared with Drive® XLR8 and Segment® herbicide for selected post-emergent coverage of summer species.
