
ingredients
- 2 pack of round roasts from Costco sliced
- 2 cups Yoshida’s teriyaki
- 1 cup warm water
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons Minced onion
- 4–6 tablespoons Cajun season
Instructions
- Slice meat with the grain in ¼-inch slices.
- Marinade for 12 to 24 hours.
- Split the marinade and the 2 roasts in 2-gallon Ziploc bags and mix every few hours.
- Smoke at 180° for 2 hours, turn over and baste with some of the saved marinade and smoke for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours and you’re done.
