Links Capital Advisors purchases Woodstock, Ill., 18-hole championship course.

Links Capital Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Bull Valley Golf Club in Woodstock, Illinois.
 
Bull Valley is an 18-hole, 7,325-yard championship course with a slope of 147. Situated on 179 acres, Bull Valley has been regarded as one of the top private courses in Chicago. Golf Digest named the course one of the 50 toughest courses to play in the United States in 2007 and in 2010, the 37,000 square foot clubhouse was the Bride’s Choice Award Winner for banquets, wedding and outings. Bull Valley was built on former rolling pasture land which allows for a picturesque course.

According to Chris Charnas, President of Links Capital Advisors, "In the last 12 months, Links has sold six golf courses, including three on behalf of Capmark Bank."

Charnas represented the seller, Capmark Bank in the transaction and Joe Billitteri of Premier Commercial Realty worked on behalf of the buyer, Geneva Capital Investments
