Klotzbach joined Harrell’s in 2012 after 20 years as a superintendent in Florida and New Jersey. He manages accounts in Central Florida, including The Ridge Region, Sebring and Orlando, and is a graduate of Rutgers University. Since joining Harrell’s, Klotzbach has been a partner for success to customers in his territory having provided value through increased customer relationships.
Sales Professional of the Year is determined by a wide-range of leadership criteria from overall professionalism, embracing company philosophy and customer relationships to attitude in general and performance. Each year one of over 120 sales representatives is chosen by the company’s sales directors and executive team to receive this highest honor.
“Sean has worked hard to extend the Harrell’s core values to all of our customers in his region. He truly ‘takes care of people’ through his attentive and courteous nature,” said Jack Harrell III, senior vice president of turf sales south. “Sean is often seen going the extra mile to service his customers with personal deliveries, if needed, to help them manage agronomic emergencies. He approaches problems with optimism and a friendly, caring nature. We are pleased to name him Sales Professional of the Year.”
